The sum of £13,21s was put through the iotaiisator as against .£1 1.57 1. making a total i'or the meeting of £43,179, as against £33.944 last year. The results were : Hunters’ Steeples, oOsovs ; two miles. — Rowlock 1. Doopey ‘2, K Jam 3. Dugald was scratched. Won easily. Time 4.10 3-3. Divs., £2 Os 6d and ill 10s. Hc-achcote Handicap, 110 sovs ; seven furlongs.—-Jabber 1. St Denis 2, Somcrled 8. All started. Won by a neck. Time 1.32 4-3. Divs., £7 3s and £T Os. tsydeniiam Hurdles, 200 sovs ; one mile and three-quarters.—Haydn 1. Long Tom 2, Ilempie 3. Dartmoor was scratched. Won by a neck. Time 3.10 2-5. Divs., AM 3s anil 13s Gd. Third Hunters’ Hurdles, 50 sovs ; once

round and a distance. —Surrey 1, The Jester 2, Derringdo 3. Larboard Watch also started. Won easily. Time 3.14. Div., £2 16s.
