MASS MEETING AT MALTA,
THE UNION JACK TORN DOWN
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Loudon, Aug. 12. A mass meeting was held at Malta to protest against taxation under Ordcr-in-Council. Violent speeches were delivered, and afterwards the Union Club’s Union Jack was torn down.
