OUTCRY AGAINST ACTION OF
THE BRITISH,

The othor Powers interested in China are strongly protesting against the British re-occupation of the Summer Palace at Pekin and not signing the protocol. _ The protests are due objections to an international commission for revising the. tariff question which Sir E. Satow persists in re-opening.
