By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, Aug. 9. A Bill providing for the construction of a Monorail railway between Manchester and Liverpool has finally passed Parliament. The work is proceeding at a cost of .£2,800,000. Mr Hiram Maxim predicts that the journey betwoen London and Brighton will be accomplished by tho monorail in a few minutes at a cost of half-a-crown.
