PERIOD OF MOURNING,
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyrighj London, Aug. 9. There will be three weeks of general mourning for the late Empress Frederick in Great Britain. The Duke of Connaught, Duko of Argyle, and Lord AA r illiam Cecil have also loft for Potsdam. Prince Henry of Russia did not land at Brest (from which port he had been offered a special train to take him to his destination).
KING AND QUEEN GO TO
-POTSDAM.
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, August- 10. It has been finally decided that tho King and Queen go to Potsdam to attend the obsequies. Prince Nicholas of Greece and Prince Francis of Teck accompany them.
