By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Caracas, August 5. The Venezuelan troops repulsod 6000 irregulars, including many from the adjoining Eepublic of Columbia, near the Venezuelan frontier. The insurgents lost 800, and the Venezuelans 300.
