I ii\ ates Walter Miller and William Rutherford, of the 7th New Zealand Coilfulgent, have been slightlv wounded at Luldigue. In the House of Commons Mr Bvoduck stated that there was only one instance of burghers being compelled to attend an execution. ’The circumstances were exceptional, and it was doubtless intended to have a deterrent effect.
