THE ROYAL VISIT.
LOYALTY A PASSION. By Telegraph-Press Association-Copyright London, July 25. The Standard says that tho j Royal visit was equally valuable to Australians as it ' was cnjoyablo and 'instructive to the Cornwalls. Loyalty has become a passion. The remarkable change in tho relations of England and the Colonies is due more to the efforts of colonists than the political wisdom of England. The latest recognition of tho excellent service of the Colonial Naval Contingents in China should bo highly appreciated.
