By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright St. Petersburg, July 25. A terrible hailstorm occurred in Schlatz and Tombloff districts. Many stones were three pounds weight. The storm destroyed twenty versts of crops. Many cattle, flocks of sheep, and shepherds were drowned in tho flood.
