The Cour)ojj met at 9.1j0 p.m, Tho Young Person's Protection Bilj was passed through committee, but tho Minister said that it would have to bo recommitted. The Chinese Immigration Act Amendment Bill passed tho final stage. In eommittee on the Public Health Bill, a new clause was added putting tho power of exemption from vaccination in the hands of a magistrate alone.
