(By Telegraph—Press Association.) Wellington, last night. A Conference of the New Zealand Seamen’s Union will be opened ip "Wellington-to-morrow. " r ' ‘ James Collins, of the Rimutaka, was fined £5 at the Magistrate’s Court for failing to contrive to destroy rabbits on his property.
