(By Telegraph—Press Association.) Wellington, last night. The Council met at 2.30 p.m. The Young Persons’ Protection Bill was committed, but no amendments wero made in it. The Cyanide Process Extension, Public Health Act Amendment, and Chinese Immigration Act Amendment Bills wero road a second time.
