WARSHIPS TESTING BOILERS,

London, July 18, H.M.S. Hyacinth, with Belleville boilers, and H.M.S. Minerva, fitted with Scotch cyimdrieals, have started from Gibraltar on a race to Portsmouth for the purpose of testing the value of the boilers. ' -
