A CLOSE CONTEST. By Telegraph—Press Association. Patca, last night. Midnight. —The last returns received by the Government to-night for the Patca seat give Mr Hcslop a majority of fifteen over Mr Haselden. There is still one small return to come, which cannot be received until to-morrow, but it is not likely to affect the result.
