The Post Oilice authorities have received advice that the mails which left Auckland by the Sierra on the loth June arrived at London on the afternoon of the 17tli insfc., four days late. The Wellington Harbor Hoard, at its last meeting, decided to becqtne its own* insurer, but to-day it resolved to insure its employees in one of the accident insurance oHiees.
