STRANGE FEMALE. TRIED TO SHOOT TIIE WRONG MAN. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Paris, July 17. Tho Polish Countess Olgewsky fired a shot at M. Bunding, Minister of Public Works, in mistake for M. Dclcasse. She was seeking to attract attention to grievances. She alleged that M. Delcasso had withheld adequate compensation for a false accusation of espionage made against her. .
