BUTTER TRICKS.

At the instance of the Butter Association the Marylebone Court fined the firm of Pearks, Gunston, and Tee, large wholesale provision merchants, a sum of £2O and costs, for selling colonial butter as churned milk, increasing the weight of each cwt of butter to the extent of twenty to thirty pounds. The firm appealed against the fine.
