Legislative Council. AFTERNOON SITTING. [By Telegraph—Press Association.] Wellington, last night. In the Legislative Council the Local Authorities Indemnity Bill passed its final stages. House of Representatives. The House met at 2.30 p.m. I After further debate, the second reading of Mr Seddon’s Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Amendment Bill was agreed to on the voices. The Cyanide Process Extension Bill, Public Health Act Amendment- Bill, Trustee Act Amendment Bill, Chinese Immigrants Act Amendment Bill, and Accidents Compensation Bill were read a second time on the voices, practically without debate. The House rose at 5.30.
