DECISION RESERVED. [By Telegraph—Press Association]. Auckland, last night The hearing of tho charge against Dr John Wilkins, that he did on or about May 17th murder Alary O’Dowd, concluded to-day. Air Reed, for accused, urged that the evidence was such that no jury would convict on it, and ho asked the Court not to commit the accused for trial. The Magistrate reserved his decision.
