TRUST LANDS.

(To the Editor of tho Times.) Tuk question of the Trust Estates referred to in your leading columns this morning is deserving of serious consideration, and I trust that members of tho Council will carefully weigh tho pros and cons before coming to a decision. Tho Council is fortunate in having Mr W. D. Lysnar as a member, as lie is well acquainted with tho history of the Trust Estates, and can advise the Council on the courso it should pursue. What is required is to have these Native lauds settled, and the course you suggest appears to bo a reasonable one.—l am, etc., Haiti. July Bth.
