In the Houso oi Commons Mr Chamberlain stated that ho was communicating with the colonics relative to the King’s style of titlo recognising more clearly tho Royal Imperial sovereignty over tho whole Empire. lie hoped to submit tho papers shortly and introduce a Bill giving effect to the idea.
