The 2nd day of July, 1901. fXTRITTEN NOTICE is hereby given t I that the Bank of New Zealand, as Registered Proprietor of the Mortgages herein in recital numbers 7829, 7940, 7941, 8841, 9258, 9841, 9842, 9843, 9844, 10,323, 10,324, intends after the expiration of Six Months from the date hereof, to sell the lands charged under the Powers of Sale contained or implied in the Mortgages aforesaid by Public Auction to the highest bidder. The said lands will be sold on the 15th day of JANUARY, 1902, at Gisborne, or at such day or so soon hereafter as may be directed by the Registrar of the Supreme Court, in terms of ‘ The Land Transfer Act, 1885,” and the amendments thereof.
