A PRESENTATION.
[By Telegraph—Press Association.] Auckland, last night. A number of gentlemen resident in Franklin constituency met at the Central Hotel and presented their member, Mr F. Massey, M.H.8., with a marble timepiece and a valuable gold watch and chain as a token of esteem.
We understand that the New Zealand Farmers’ Dairy Union has disposed of the greater portion of next season’s output at a higher price than was received for the season just terminated.— Manawatu Tines.
