LACK OF SUPERVISION

| Special to Times. | Wellington, last night. A Christchurch telegram received hero says that tho cadets are billeted in tho Normal and East and West Christchurch schools. There aro three thousand already present. Tho arrangements at tho schools aro very rough, tho correspondent states. The wholo place is in a state of dirt and confusion and swarming with boys. Lack of proper supervision is tho causo of tho present condition of affairs. Tho catering arrangements are excollcnt; but the boys billotcd in tho East and West schools, have to march for every meal to the Normal school, whore 700 cadets can bo fed at oneo.
