The rreinier of Tasmania has protested against the Postal Bill interfering with tho conducting of Tafctorsall's sweeps through the Post-offico as an infringements of tho State rights of Tasmania. Mr Barton replied that tho federation had power to legislato in the direction of tho proposal.
