WATER RUNNING THROUGH THE TENTS.
(Special to Times.)
Wellington, last night. Newton Park is knee deep in mud, and water is running through tho tents. Others besides the Gisborne men are complaining. Two hundred men paraded tho streets to-day exhibiting sample rations, of which there arc great complaints.
