PENSIONS IN FRANCE.
NINE MILLION WORKERS BENEFITED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Paris, Juno 14. M. Miller, Minister for Industry, explained to the Chamber of Deputies that the Government scheme of old age pensions would benefit nine milion workmen. The State will guarantee three por cent interest on caisse des netraites funds, and make grants securing pensions to invalided workmen.
