Tho Chamber of Deputies censured M. Drummont, one of tho Algerian Deputies, for calling M. Zutaud, Prefect for Algeria, a wretch and an assassin. The Chamber temporarily excluded M. Drummont for insulting Ministers, the military guards having to eject him from tho Chamber.
