DIVORCE COURT.

In the diyorce case Vincent y, Vincent, heard" in'Chambers to-day, a decree nisi was granted on the husband’s petition. In the Divorce Court a decree nisi for dissolution of marriage was made in the following cases: Hyland v. Hyland, wife's petition, on the ground of desertion ; Livermore v. Livermore, husband’s petition, on the ground of misconduct, George Dodd being joined as co-respon-dent ; , Jjirjdsay v, Lindsay (Thomas Thompson co-respondent), "on tho "ground of misconduct; D. A. "Wilson v. W. E. Wilson, wife’s petition, on the ground of husband’s habitual drunkenness and failure to maintain her.-
