LICENSING. " [By Telegraph—Press Association.] Dunedin, last night. At the annual meeting of the City Licensing Committee the business was disposed of in twenty miuutcs, every application being granted. DREDGING. During the week ended to-day returns have been reported from 41 dredges, the total gold yield being 6930zs 16dwt, or an average of 16oz. Additional returns are: —Reliance, 250 z; Evans’ Flat, 15oz sdwt; Upper Waipori, 13ox 6dwt 3gr ; Richards’ Beach, lOoz ldwt 15gr; New Alexandra, lOoz.
