London, Juno 1. Tho Tiontsin special correspondent of the Standard states that Count Waldersee is bolding Ching and Li Hung Chang responsible for the departure of the allies by a given date. Tho reactionaries intend to represent the withdrawal as tho result of tho Court’s behest. A renewed outbreak of tho troublo after the withdrawal of tho troops is seriously feared.
