They, brutally flog and threaton to exterminate the colored scouts employed by tho British. BOERS ATTACK PLUMER’S CONVOY. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyr ght London, May 30. Two hundred Boers surrendered at 1 ilapyo, and forty-two waggonsful of men, women and children at Tuli. Viljoeu, with four hundred men, attacked Colonel Plumer’s convoy southwards of Bothol on Saturday. After a sharp engagement in tho evening tho attackers wero repulsed. Six Boers wore killed aud thirty wounded. Kruitzingor is moving eastwards. Tho town guards at Tarkastad, Molteno, and Queenstown have manned tho trenchos in readiness if attacked.
