Extension Telegraph Company, is advised[that the laying of the first section of. tbb Cape-Australian Cable, viz., that between Durban and Mauritius, was completed yesterday. The other sections between Mauritius and Perth are expected to leave, the Thames early in August next, and to bs laid by the middle of Octobeiv,, The Company expects to have cable communication between Australia and Great Britain, via the Cape, in full work' iog order by the end of October.
