DOWIE ARRESTED AT CHICAGO. By Telegraph. Press Association. Copyright London, May 25. The Daily Mail states that “ Dr” Dowic has been arrested at Chicago, charged with the death of Mrs Judd, an inmate of his faith-healing establishment. Mrs Judd’s husband has also been arrested. Doctors testified that medical advice would have saved the patient's life.
