SEVENTH ANNUAL MEETING. The seventh annual meeting of the Poverty Bay Sheep-dog Trial Club takes place to-day and to-morrow at Kaiti, and 'promises to be a great success. Shelton, Esq., for team of three dogs, the bona fide property of competitor, each dog to score at least 15 points in any class; winner to hold cup for one year ; cup to be won twice before becoming absolute property of tho winner. Trophy, value ill Is, presented by AV. Good, Esq., for dog which scores most points at tho meeting. Trophy, value 10s fid, presented by AVm. Morgan, Esq., for dog under best command. Bridle, value .61 Is, presented by F. S. Des Barrcs, Esq., for best shepherd’s hack, to bo tho bona fide property of the owner three months before tho meeting ; judge, Mr Murphy. Silver collar, presented by AV. Sinclair, Esq., for best all-round dog. Messrs Primrose and Leslie’s special prize, value £1 Is, for dogs unplaced at any previous meeting scoring 20 points. Messrs R. Johnston and Co.’s special prize, ,61 Is, for best-looking dog scoring i 5 points.
