LABOR DISPUTES.
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) Dunedin, last night. In the application brought against Christie Bros., of Green Island, for enforcement of the award of the Arbitration Court, it was held that a breach of the award had been committed by defendants by their refusal on July I7th to ballot for all places, and a fine of 40s and costs was inflicted.
