CEIMINAL NEGLECT IN PEBTH,

At the inquest on the body of a Chinaman found in the bush near the city, evidence was given that at the end of last month it was reported to the police that the Chinaman was suffering from plague, but other Mongolians denied the report. Meantime they had. their countryman removed to a lonely spot, whore he died of plague. The cart which took him to the bush brought back a load of vegetables and pork to the city.
