BUILDING TRADES. [By Telegraph—Press Association.] Wellington,' last night. A conference between the building trades, laborers, and employers settled all hut two of the points at issue before the Conciliation Board—viz., the extra halfhour at ordinary tune after 5 p.m. (the Union agrees to one or two men working on job before 8 a.m.), and the rate of pay. The Union agreed; at the conference- to reduce the demand made as to wages to Is Hd per-hour, but the employers would uot agree to go further than give Is Id. These points both parties have left to the Board. '
