Any person who considers himself aggrieved by his own name or that of any other person being entered on or omitted from the 801 l of the Biding, or by the number of Votes allotted him, or to any other person thereon,’ being more or fewer than that to which he or some other person is entitled under “The Counties Act, 1886,” or that any person is entered on the 801 l who has not paid all the Bates which he was liable to pay on or before the 31st day of December last, may, on or before the last day of MAY next, apply for relief to the Stipendiary Magistrate’s Court, whieh is nearest to the place where the 801 l of the Biding is kept.
