A GREAT SUCCESS. £3876 COLLECTED IN ONE DAY. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Sydney, May 5. Hospital Saturday was a splendid success. Despite froquent heavy showers of |rain tho ladies stuck manfully to the work.
The total collections for the day for the city and suburbs were £3876, an increase of £550 as compared with last year. The amount will be swelled considerably by later returns.
