WAIAPU COUNTY COUNCIL. THE Electoral Eolls and Defaulters’ List will be open for inspection at the Office of the Council, Waipiro Bay, from the 27th day of APKIL to the 15 th day of MAY, 1901. A copy of the Eoll for each Eiding, and so much of the Defaulters’ List as applies to each such Biding, will also be open to inspection at the following plaoes during the same period: Matakaoa Eiding—Mr Liddell’s Store, Kawakawa. Awanui Eiding Post Office, Port Awanui. Piritarau Eiding —Mr Eeedy’s Store, Tuparoa. Waipiro Eiding—County Council Office, Waipiro. Tokomaru Biding—Mr McDonald’s Store, Tokomaru. Any person who considers himself aggrieved by his own name or that of any other person being entered on or omitted from the Eoll of the Eiding, or by the number of Votes allotted him, or to any other person thereon, being more or fewer than that to which he or some other person is entitled under “ The Counties Act, 1886,” or that any person is entered on the 801 l who has not paid all the Hates which he was liable to pay on or before the 31st day of December last, may, on or before the last day of MAY next, apply for relief to the Stipendiary Magistrate’s Court which is nearest to the place where the Eoll of the Eiding is kept.
