A Popular Bishop.
London, March 16. Winnington Ingram, the new Bishop of London, bidding farewell to his working flock at Stepney, the poorest district in the East J3hd, said he .wanted to rent his two palaces as Bishop of ‘London, but that “would not be allowed, and he regretted he would be obliged to keep a carriage hi his now see. “If any one of you see mo driving through London in a lonely state give mo a hail and I will bo delighted to take you up and give you a lift.*-'
