STOCK SALES.
At the Maiawhcrg yards to-morrow (Thursday), the usual monthly sqle held by Messrs Williams and Kettle and the Mew Zealand Loan and Mercantile Company -will take place. Messrs Williams and Kettle will oner sheep, cattlei horses and pigs, and the' whole pi the entries are •of first-class quality. Upwards of two thousand sheep will be submitted, including good lines of lambs, two-tooth ewes, fresh full-mouth ewes and wethers. One hundred head of cattle, including twelve head of prime beef, are also advertised for sale. The Loan Company have a large entry for the same sale. Messrs A. F. Kennedy and J. W. Bright will act as auctioneers.
Messrs Common, Shelton and Co. and Wyllie and Mason will hold their next sale at the Waerenga-a-hika Yards on Thursday, May 9th, when a large entry of cattle and sheep is expected,
