CONCILIATION BOARD. [BY TKLKGRA.I'II—CRESS ASSOCIATION.] Dunedin, last night. The election of a member of tho Conciliation Board to represent tho Unions took place to-day, when Mr P. Halley, with 19 votes, was selected to fill tho place of Mr J. A. Miller, M.11.R. W. llood received 19 votes, and A. Judge 8. Thirty-eight Unions wore ontitlcd to vote. CENSUS. The official census returns of St. Hilda were available to-day, tho total boing 1708, against 1185 in 1896, an incrcaso of 518. MEMORIAL STATUE. Tho total of the lato Queen’s Memorial Statue Fund to date is X‘1517. DREDGING.
