RUSSIA’S INTERFERENCE CONDEMNED. GREAT MEETINGS TO PROTEST. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Sofia, April 17. A meeting of 10,000 people protested against the arrest of a member of the Central Macedonian Committee, condemned the interference of Russia, and asked European intervention against the persecution of Bulgarians by Turkey. Similar meetings have been held in the principal towns throughout Bulgaria.
