London, April 15. - The Earl of Strathcona has subscribed over a thousand guineas to the Mansion House fund for a nationel memorial to Queen Victoria. In this position, the British have three comnanies of mounted, infantry, a camel corps, and a Maxim. The force is provisioned, and strongly entrenched. Queen Alexandra has returned f our Copenhagen. She was met by King 1 Edward at Victoria station.
