THE TIMES APPEALS FOR FUNDS. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright London, April 13. Tho Times is appealing for an additional fifteen thousand pounds towards an Antarctic expedition, in order to secure a whaling ship as a tender to enable tho recently launched exploring ship Discovery to remain in the Antarctic regions for a second summer.
