A NEGLIGENT CAPTAIN. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Sydney, April 11. The captain of the steamer Euralus, on which tho small-pox cases recently occurred, has boon committed for trial for breach of tho Quarantine Act by making a false answer to the Health Officer in stating that there had been no sickness aboard during the voyage.
