President Loubet has arrived at Nice, lie visited Gambctta’s tomb, and welcomed Rear-Admiral BirilifT, who, by order of the Czar, had hastened to Nice from Toulon to prove the constancy of the Franco-Russian Alliance by paying his respects to President Loubet.
