Ihe Federal Ministers will visit Parliament House and the Exhibition Buildni"s, and decide which is the more suit-' able for housing the Federal Parliament, which will probably sit four days a week, meeting at two in the afternoon. Hobart, April 11. Mr Lewis has written to Mr Barton, asking to be relieved from attending the Federal Cabinet meeting. Affcei Mr Barton visited Lord Hopetoun the Federal Cabinet held a short sitting. Sir George Turner was absent owin'- to indisposition. Tho principal matter dealt with was an enquiry from Mr Chamberlain whether there was any objection to Boer prisoners being interned in Tasmania till the cud of the war. Tasmania raised no objection. The Cabinet decided to inform Mr Chamberlain that it was not considered in the interests of the Com. monwoaltfi to receive prisoners,
